Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Handling end-to-end IT recruitment process.
2. Responsible for sourcing candidates for open positions.
3. Sourcing Screening candidates from various Job portals, referrals, headhunting, competitor mapping, existing database.
4. Must be effective in negotiation, influencing and communication skill.
6. Maintaining the Company Master Tracker and Client tracker till the end of the recruitment process. (Must have MS excel skills)
7. Must be a Team Handler, Team Player
8. Coordination with Client Company

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Should have experience in Recruitment Consultancy  
2. Experience in handling different portals(Naukri, Shine & LinkedIn) 
3. Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills 
4. Able to work independently
