Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Drive the growth agenda through leveraging Banca channel and ensuring higher penetration at the Branch level
1 Take accountibility to build relationships with Banca channel and NBFC's to develop mutually beneficial relationship
2 Managing existing Bancassurance and Allied Relationships
3 Provide end to end solutions to Banca partners thereby ensuring that service level commitments are met
4 Responsible for achieving the top line targets thru banca partners
5 Regularly monitoring and controling cover notes
6 Conversion of IMD's to IRDA
7 Monitoring MIS and sharing with the IMD's regularly
