Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for business development and full sales cycle including deal closures, strong negotiation and account management targeting corporate for selling the job portal.

2. Analyse data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting demand and customer preferences.

3. Responsible for identification of opportunities, mapping and prospecting them for conversion.

4. Develop Relationships across Partners eg. Large corporate houses, Hotels, IT Parks, KPO, BPO, LPO, catering companies, airlines, etc.

5. Tracking competitors' movement in the market as a proactive measure so as to retain the existing client base.

6. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of external competitor activity and market trends to be able to effectively position our products though differentiated selling.

7. Develop and execute a sales strategy for increasing interactive penetration and improving operational economics.

8. Measure and assess corporate preferences and expectations of new and existing benefits of PH

9. Servicing and supporting the client as a part of post sales.

  • 1. Degree with relevant sales experience, good sales track record will be at an advantage.
  • 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to deal with people of all levels
  • 3. A team player who shows initiative and assertiveness.
  • 4. A self-motivator who is keen on upgrading and improving personal knowledge and skills to meet evolving job requirements.
