Roles and Responsibilities1. Represent Company in various corporate events and generate leads & manage end to end direct sales.
2. system integrators, electrical design consultants and architects to target prospective business partnerships, evaluate their fitment, negotiate and close deals along with managing the partnerships.
3. Prior knowledge of handling Building Management Systems and IoT enabled technology will be an added advantage.
4. Filter out high potential deals by analyzing business strategies, opportunity requirements / pre-requisites / financials, and internal priorities.
5. Design the best negotiating strategies by considering the risks and rewards, keeping in mind the counter-parties’ preferences & goals.
6. Lead and close the deal, understand the customer's requirements thoroughly and tailor pitch the product accordingly.
7. Manage all contractual requirements and align the end result with the company’s internal operations and capabilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Relevant experience of 3+ years in managing system integration businesses, direct sales and partnerships for Enterprise solutions through Channel and SIs.
- Networking and Relationship building
- You must be well versed with the complexities of building asset infrastructure including multiple types of HVAC automation, Chillers, DG etc. along with an understanding of new-age IoT enabled technology.
- Flexible to travel Intra and Inter cities if required.
- Strong problem-solving and creative skills.
- An ability to stay calm under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Strong sales and negotiation techniques.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of commonly used Sales and Solution selling concepts, practices, policies and procedures.
