Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for all Operations process of loans till entire statutory and regulatory post disbursal compliance is met
2. Owning the disbursement process for all loans on both data, documentation and compliance requirements
3. Will own the relevant parts of the Loan Management System
4. Identification, Empanelment and Management of external vendors like Verification Agencies, Manpower Outsourcing Agencies, Process Outsourcing Agencies
5. Create and Implement processes to control, increase efficiency, report activities with various stakeholders
6. Work closely with all other functions to ensure process efficiencies and work towards increasing efficiencies on Cost, TAT and Quality
7. Productivity and Staffing - Maintaining productivity standards by examining daily workload volumes, prioritizing work efforts and developing timely and accurate forecasts for assigned teams
8. Analysing site data to identify training needs, potential lost revenue and other areas of improvement; partners with the training department as needed
9. Identify causes of performance deficiencies within the function and execute performance improvement plans
10. Holding managers accountable for individual and team performance and improvement
11. Responsible for generation of actionable MIS reports for timely action on various items and to inform the senior leadership team
12. Would be interacting with various internal and external auditors


Desired Candidate Profile

1. Experience in Vehicle/Auto/Tractor Financing, Personal Loan, Mortgages, Revolving Advances, Inventory Funding
2. Good knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
3. Good Communication and Analytical Skills
