Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all MSE Relationships right from loan disbursement completion in all aspects including Post Disbursal Documentation/Account Opening
  • To Track and Monitor the Cash flow routed through the current account and follow up with customers
  • Track and monitor all the compliances at the time of sanction and ensure that they are adequately closed within the planned time frame or reported as per the necessary periodicity.
  • Cross selling of banking products such as savings account, life insurance, fixed deposits, RDs and EDC machines etc
  • Support on renewal of facilities and coordinate with Credit teams for appropriate approvals.
  • Understand the incremental requirements of the company including Enhancements
  • Obtain NTB references and pass the lead to the Acquisition team.
