Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for driving the business growth through the Agency channel partners
1 Identifying and recruiting Agents in the respective area to build retail business
2 Induction / training of each acquired agent on product and processes
3 Ensuring IRDA certification / license of each agent
4 Ensure completion of Branch Budget and drive the growth of business
5 Develop and nurture relationships with Agency Channel partners to yield a productive relationship
6 Provide end to end solutions to Agents thereby ensuring that service level commitments are met
7 Initiate cross selling and rollover business thereby providing value addition to the channel partners
8 Balance Agency channel's portfolio and ensuring LOB wise Business
9 Manage productivity mix to ensure that the cost of acquistion is within the budgeted levels
10 Regularly monitor and control cover notes
11 Ensure constant updating of Agent's knowledge on new products and underwriting policies
