1. Must FMCG sales experience & Identify selling strategies & opportunities to increase revenue.

2. Evaluate current sales processes & recommend improvements.

3. Generating new business relationships and negotiating new revenue for agreed targets

Define pricing strategy & profit monitoring.

4. Develop and maintain effective prospective client and existing agency relationships

Team Building- Build synergy between the sales team.

5. Leading regular sales meetings
