Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Recruitment and Development of Personal Financial Advisor(agents interacting with customers)
2. Generation of new business and renewal of existing business through a team of engaged Personal Financial Advisors Licensing of the agent
3. New and vintage agent productivity
4. Maintain healthy renewal business
5. Co-ordination with operations for new business issuance and re-newal collection
6. Co-ordination between customer and PFA for smooth functioning of renewal collection and also for up sale and cross sale
7. Successful implementation of different sales promotion for the PFA
8. Coaching and mentoring intervention for the PFA

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Candidatemust me within 10 - 12 KM radius of respective branch
2. Preferably married with dependants
3. Should reside 5 or more than 5 yrs in City
4. Must have own vehicle
5. Must be from hard core field sales background. No inside sales, telecallers are required.
6. Presentable with decent comm. skills
7. Must have strong market and contact base as need to recruit agents.
8. Team handling experience will be having add on advantage as in that case person will be
mature enough to lead team of agents.
9. No job hoopers will be considered.
