4. Continually refine the sales process and ensure that the sales team work effectively and prioritize workloads.
5. Leading regular sales meetings.
6. Fair allocation and distribution of inbound leads.
7. Ensuring the business formats are followed and best utilization of the resources.
8. Meeting all set timelines for collection, claim & targets.
