Roles and Responsibilities
- To grow agency business by recruitment of maximum fruitful agents with their activation on month on month basis by the team
- To arrange proper handholding and training of Team & Advisors which leads to maximum business generation.
- Recruitment of Agency Partners and look after their spontaneous growth in the Business Model.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Age – 38 and below (Can check up to 40 years on case to case basis with deviation)
- Graduate (full time course only)
- Agency Insurance exp must in local Market with at least 2-3 years team handling experience
