1. Recruit and develop the sales team required for the assigned Area / Territory / City.
2. Build sales culture and sales centric atmosphere among the team members.
3. Finding out right and experienced Distributors within the territory and thus establish a well-connected distribution network.
4. Periodical Review of the Distributors Performance against the set target and commitments.
5. Evaluate the business and bring efficiency in the distribution networks to improve sales performance.
6. Review, Evaluate, Improvise the Service to the Retail customers - both MT and GT
7. Prime responsibility of Primary & Secondary Sales and Collections on time.
8. Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.
9. Coordinate with RSM to enhance sales performance.
10. Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to RSM and Head-Sales
11. Develop a performance improvement plan for sales team to meet performance goals.
12. Study and set the PJP for the team members.
13. Work with the sales team members to develop and increase the customer base.
Required Candidate profile
1. MBA/PGDM is must have.
2. Minimum 5 years of core experience in the same level of Managerial Role.
3. Experience in the territory is must.
4. Only Frozen FOOD Experience candidate
5. English and Local language is a must to know. Hindi speaking skill is good to have.
