1. Service delivery as per agreed SLA for all Banking products.
2. Responsible revenue generation for all Banking products.
3. In time implementation of various projects.
4. Uptime & team management to measure TAT for various vendors & 3rd party products.
5. New business development
6. Review & conduct monthly/quarterly meets with team to overcome deficiencies for smooth operation.
7. Visit to customer as per service plan matrix.
