Job Description

1. Controlling distributors & pushing them for better sales & achieving targets & Lead & motivate the sales personnel, dealers, and Sub dealers.
2. Key account management & driving volumes.
3. Channel management for better overall profitability.
4. New market development for monopoly items.
5. Responsible for developing new accounts within a protected territory in a business to business
sales environment.
6. Professional presentations and maintaining data base management, phone prospecting,
and cold calling
7. Assist in the creating and distributing of quotes for new customers as well as setting up
new customers in the system
8. Planning & Achievement of Sales target (Primary & Secondary).
